Harvest Direct Return Policy

The Harvest Direct return policy only applies to products purchased directly from our website harvestdirect.com. Harvest Direct wants our customers to be 100% satisfied with their order. If you are unhappy or dissatisfied with any product purchased from Harvest Direct, we are happy to refund your money, offer an exchange or provide a store credit. To process a return, please contact the Harvest Direct Customer Service Team through our website harvestdirect.com/contact or call (800) 733-2106. Please specify if you are requesting a refund, an exchange or a store credit. A member of the Harvest Direct Customer Service Team will respond within 24-48 hours. Please note the Harvest Direct Customer Service hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday-Friday. Messages received over the weekend or on a Massachusetts state or federal holiday will be addressed the following business day.

A request for return or exchange must be made within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Harvest Direct will accept back unopened product within 45 days of purchase for store credit to be used towards a future purchase. All reimbursements will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. DO NOT discard the container as we may ask you to return the product to us. If we do require the product to be returned, Harvest Direct will provide a shipping label through email. We are sorry but Harvest Direct is not responsible for the amount of time it takes for the product to be returned to our facility, or if the item is lost or broken during the process.

Harvest Direct offers a money back guarantee within 30 days for purchases made through our website. Purchases made from an authorized third party retailer or website other than harvestdirect.com will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If you purchased product from a Harvest Direct authorized retailer and you are dissatisfied for any reason, contact the Harvest Direct Customer Service Team for support. Proof of purchase must be provided upon contact so our team can provide the best possible assistance. Please note, Harvest Direct will not credit or refund purchases made through unauthorized third party retailers or websites. Customers should use caution when buying product through these sources and should inquire about their return policy before purchasing product from them. Returns for any Harvest Direct products that are not procured from the Harvest Direct website must be returned directly to the retailer or website where the product was originally purchased. We are unable to refund or replace orders that were not placed directly through the Harvest Direct website. To process a return, contact the Harvest Direct Customer Service Team through our website harvestdirect.com/contact. DO NOT discard the container as we may ask you to return the product to us. If we do require the product to be returned, Harvest Direct will provide a shipping label through email. Please allow up to three weeks for Harvest Direct to process international returns and refunds. International product returns may take slightly longer than normal. We are sorry but Harvest Direct is not responsible for the amount of time it takes for the product to be returned to our facility, or if the item is lost or broken during the process.

METAL GARDEN HOSE LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY

Your Metal Garden Hose™ product is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner. The Lifetime Limited Warranty is an expression of our confidence in the materials and mechanical workmanship of our products and is your assurance of a lifetime of dependable service. In event of a defect under this warranty, we will, at our option, repair or replace the product, provided that you return the product postage prepaid. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper handling, installation, or maintenance provided by someone other than a Metal Garden Hose Authorized Service Department.
Any return made under this warranty must be accompanied by the items listed below:
1. A check/money order in the amount of $10.00 to cover the cost of postage and handling for the 25’ or 50’ Hose Sizes or $15.00 to cover the cost of postage and handling for the 75’ & 100’ Hose Sizes.
2. Name and address for product Return
3. Please include Email address & Phone Number
4. An explanation of the defect.
5. Proof of Date of Purchase
6. Product should be well packed in a sturdy outside carton, to prevent damage in transit, with return postage prepaid to the address listed below:
